Scope / Summary

 

The Miramar Parking Structure #1 will improve public safety and relieve traffic congestion by constructing a parking structure on the campus. The project will be constructed using the design-build contracting method.

 

This project and the College Services Center & Police/Emergency Services Substation (1363) will be a single Design-Build project. The RFP process is currently underway with two short-listed design build teams.

 

  • Architect: Harley Ellis Devereaux for police Substation. international Parking Design for Parking Structure.
  • Design/Builder:  McCarthy
  • Propositions S & N Program Manager: Gafcon, Inc.
  • Campus Project Manager: Jim Bray, Gafcon, Inc.
