Scope / Summary

This project consists of approximately 44,905 gross and 31,775 assignable square feet of new building construction for the eventual utilization by the Miramar College for a variety of purposes. the new building will include classrooms, studios, laboratories, lecture halls, and faculty offices and work area.

DSA approval was obtained on November 18, 2008. The project is currently bidding.
