Scope / Summary

Project consisted of two phases: (I) land acquisition of the parcel (and building) adjacent to the existing DSC site, (II) remodel of the acquired building to accommodate expanding facility maintenance needs.

Remodel of the existing warehouse building to contain maintenance storage, workspace and office space consisting of roughly 20,000 sq.ft. Additionally, upgrades to the existing DSC restrooms to comply with applicable codes and associated site work.

Land acquisition is complete.
