Scope/Summary
The West Block Classroom building will consist of approximately 72,000 sf of new building construction for the addition of New General Purpose Classrooms, a Community Health Center, Chancellor’s Convention Center & Learning Resource Space, and Associated Common & Support Space. In Addition, the project will consist of an additional parking structure that will provide between 400 & 500 new parking spaces.
