Scope/Summary
This project consisted of the renovation of the LRC building to convert approximately 15,000 SF of parking garage space into faculty offices, student classrooms and support space. The project completed successfully in 2007, below budget. Remaining funds will be reallocated to support various Prop S & N City College projects.
