Scope/Summary
The L Building renovation consists of the demolition, structural upgrades, and interior renovation totaling approximately 28,700 sf. The renovation will include new space for Tutoring, Math and English Centers, Trio Aspire, New Horizons, MESA, Puente, EOPS, Assessment, Advising, and General Classrooms.
Design completed on this project with DSA review and approval in November of 2005.
A construction contract was awarded to HAR Construction in December of 2007, and construction started on March 17, 2008.
With an estimated construction duration of 420 days, the project is scheduled for completion in early 2009.
