Scope/Summary

The D Building Roof Replacement project will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 24,000 sf of roofing and concrete surface decking at the upper student pavilion adjacent to the A building.

Current Issues

This project is in the planning phase and has not yet been assigned for design. It is anticipated to begin Design in late 2008 to early 2009 with a construction start date estimated around April of 2010.
