Scope/Summary

 

The Science building will consist of approximately 73,000 SF of new construction for the Science department including new space for Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Common Areas, and associated support space.

 

As of 12/15/08 the project is approximately 85% complete with conceptual/programming design phase, and the design team continues to meet with the users. The design team has established a building footprint with program locations and adjacencies throughout the building. It is anticipated that a concept design will be completed prior to winter break, with schematic design proceeding through the break and into the new semester.
