Scope/Summary
The new Arts & Humanities building will consist of approximately 70,000 sf of new construction for the Arts and Humanities department including new space for Visual Arts, English, ESOL, Speech and Foreign Language, Honors, World Cultures, City Works, Common areas, and associated support space. In addition, the project will consist of a new sublevel parking area designated for ADA and faculty. Prior to the construction of these two projects, the existing S building will need to be demolished.
